What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience in a large-scale organization or banking industry.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, SCOM 2025) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Nutanix).

• Hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI and VMware VDI is a plus.

• Certifications: Microsoft MCSA required; MCSE, VMware VCP, and ITIL are advantageous.

• Ability to learn new technologies independently and adapt quickly.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven team player.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Cantonese.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee IT infrastructure projects and daily operations for servers and storage within the banking environment.

• Perform system administration tasks, including operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.

• Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and manage capacity planning.

• Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere and Microsoft server environments.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and manage external vendors for projects, maintenance, and support services.

• Ensure compliance with change management and release processes.

• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies; plan and implement innovative business solutions.
