Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project or enhancement management.

• Strong background in delivering system improvements in collaboration with business users.

• Familiarity with pension systems or MPF platforms is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture and services.

• Strong database programming skills (SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate enhancement requirements into actionable solutions.

• Lead full-cycle IT projects—from planning and execution to post-launch support.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Track project milestones, manage risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Oversee UAT planning and execution with business users.

• Ensure all enhancements align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and user expectations.

• Maintain clear communication and produce accurate project documentation.

• Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
