What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• At least 6 years of IT support experience.

• Strong understanding of document imaging systems (experience with capture, storage, or delivery platforms is a plus).

• Experience installing and troubleshooting document scanners.

• Familiar with distributed or multi‑site imaging environments.

• ITIL or other relevant certifications are an advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Provide IT support for document imaging operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with high impact.

• Install and configure imaging server and client software.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various models of document scanners.

• Monitor and manage document processing queues across different locations.

• Manage and track IT equipment and inventory.

• Respond quickly to system outages or security incidents and restore services.
