Secondary School education or above
1–3 years’ experience in customer support, ideally within insurance or financial services
Familiarity with medical or health insurance products is preferred

Strong command of Chinese (spoken, written, and reading)
Business‑level proficiency in spoken English
Manage incoming enquiries through calls and live chat, offering clear and helpful assistance
Support members by resolving questions efficiently while upholding strong service standards
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options or solutions
Flag and escalate cases that require advanced support in line with company procedures
