What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Min 1 year experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Strong interest and knowledge in skincare such as latest trend and ingredients knowledge.
• Knowledge on strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with social media and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
• Initiate and develop effective communication through online and offline.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
