What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Proven background in management consulting, large multinational corporations, or prior experience as a Country Manager is preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, highly self-driven, with a track record of business scaling and execution excellence.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Oversee the daily operations of a Jakarta-based waste management company, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Drive full P&L accountability, spearhead business growth initiatives, and maintain a direct reporting line to HQ.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a local team of 4+ staff, fostering operational excellence and supporting strategic expansion.
