What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience.
Proven track record in sales with exposure to both retail and B2B channels.
Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What you'll be doing on the job

Manage overall operations and business development in the packaged gas segment.
Drive sales strategy across retail markets (hospitals, laboratories) and B2B industrial clients.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team covering operations, logistics, warehouse, and sales.
Ensure operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
