What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing (MNC) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and industrial relations practices. 
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (Sunfis or Workday) and Microsoft Office. 
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration for a workforce of ~700 employees.
  • Recruitment & Industrial Relations Focus - Lead hiring activities from sourcing to onboarding and manage industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
