What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable state or top university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Accounting Supervisor, preferably in an electronic manufacturing company.
- Strong understand of cost accounting, pricing control, and variance analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with good command of English (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of full accounting cycle and tax principles.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Cost Analysis & Control - Calculate and analyze product costing (COGM & COGS), monitor cost variances, and provide insights to support pricing control and profitability improvement.
- Financial & Reporting Accuracy - Verify financial transactions, prepare cost reports, and ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis aligned with accounting and tax regulations.
- Accounting Operations & Compliance - Oversee the accounting cycle, support month-end closing, and ensure compliance with internal control and tax reporting standards using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
