Who you'll be working for
The company is a multinational bio-healthcare group currently developing several hospitality, wellness, and mixed-use facility projects in Bali. The organization is entering a major expansion phase, with more than six construction projects running simultaneously, creating the need to strengthen its Interior Design & Architecture team.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

  2. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or space planning.

  3. Proficient in technical tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

  4. Strong English communication skills and ability to coordinate with diverse teams.

  5. Willing to be based in Bali.

What you'll be doing on the job

  1. Support end-to-end interior design and architectural planning for multiple hospitality and wellness development projects.

  2. Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documents for construction and implementation.

  3. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and timely execution.

  4. Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design standards and brand guidelines.

  5. Provide design solutions, material recommendations, and technical inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
