Who you'll be working for
A global logistics company established in South Korea in 1977, specializing in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and integrated transportation services. They operate worldwide across ocean, air, and land networks, serving diverse industries with advanced, technology-driven logistics capabilities.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 10–15 years of experience in the logistics industry, covering both international and domestic markets.
- Strong hunter profile with a proven ability to bring in new customers.
- Solid understanding of export–import procedures.
- Leadership experience, capable of managing a sales team and reporting directly to top management.
- Experience handling Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Warehousing & Distribution sales.
- Preferably aged 45–55, with a strong track record in business development and revenue growth.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead aggressive business development efforts by securing new national and international clients across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Warehousing & Distribution.
- Oversee existing customer portfolios, increase shipment volume, and achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Manage a team of six and collaborate closely with Korean senior managers across business units to ensure effective sales execution.
