Who you'll be working for
The client is a science equipment manufacturer.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Manage and process customer orders into Oracle.
- Liaise with warehouse for pick/pack and arrange delivery based on customer request.
- Monitor backlog and follow up outstanding goods or matters from the related parties ensuring the completion of order shipment within the contractual time frame.
- Returns/Instrument movements.
- Maintain communication with customers.
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
