Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in software development or IT services.
- Prior experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Developer is required.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience leading or coordinating development teams is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient with analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and UML.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, databases, system architecture, and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git and issue tracking tools.
- Experience with technologies such as Angular, .NET, C#, or Java is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, data dictionaries, and testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support system integration testing and ensure applications meet functional, security, and performance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and AI-enabled tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
