Who you'll be working for
An established global energy and marine technology company providing power generation, engine, maintenance, and lifecycle services to customers across the energy and maritime industries.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for the Japanese market is highly preferred.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency, approximately JLPT N2 or equivalent.
- Good command of English.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, local job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, marine, energy, or other technical positions is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with Japanese candidates and hiring managers.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Japan and provide recruitment support across other APAC markets when required.
- Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, local job portals, and recruitment agencies.
- Manage and prioritize multiple vacancies across different markets and functions.
