What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of cost optimization and efficient product development processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end product development process to ensure timely availability for local supply.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective product development and sourcing solutions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare accurate production timelines and cost estimates to support project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage sample development, review, and approval processes to ensure alignment with product specifications.
  • Ensure timely preparation, availability, and distribution of product samples for internal and external requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, sample inventory, and filing systems to support efficient product development operations.
