Who you'll be working for
A global media localization company delivering end-to-end language adaptation services, including dubbing, subtitling, and audio production for film, television, gaming, and digital content.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Male or female candidates with a maximum age of 48 years.
- Minimum 4–5 years of leadership experience managing medium to large operational teams (approximately 50–70 employees).
- Proven experience in the media localization, dubbing, subtitling, streaming, or digital media industry, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business setting.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and establishing KPIs to improve organizational performance.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and account management to drive revenue growth.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta under a hybrid working arrangement.
