Who you'll be working for
An established retail company in the consumer electronics industry, offering a wide range of home, lifestyle, and personal technology products through an extensive omnichannel network, including physical stores and e-commerce platforms across Indonesia.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Responsible for leading and overseeing the entire national logistics operations strategy, including warehousing, transportation and distribution.
- Oversee national warehouse inbound, outbound, shipping and inventory management processes.
- Ensure smooth distribution of goods from warehouses to stores/warehouse hub/ customers address.
- Lead and manage the national logistics team to meet performance targets (KPIs).
- Analyze operational data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other divisions for integrated operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and results-driven mindset.
- Data Driven
- Prefer from Logistic 3Pl/Retail Electronic/Furniture Industry/startup that provide inhouse delivery
