Who you'll be working for
A leading commercial vehicle company offering a diverse portfolio of pickup trucks, light and heavy-duty trucks, and buses, supported by an extensive dealer, workshop, and after-sales service network across Indonesia.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, spare parts, or related services.
- Proven experience managing dealer networks, key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle products and the automotive market.
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development within a B2B or dealer-based environment.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing and leasing processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify market opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable preparing sales reports and business analyses.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently for dealer and customer visits.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Achieve sales targets by managing assigned territories, dealer networks, and key customer accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and leasing partners.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness and target achievement.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional programs and customer engagement activities, to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and support business strategy.
- Provide product knowledge and sales process guidance to dealership partners while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
