Who you'll be working for
A globally recognized sportswear brand specializing in high-performance athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories for running and active lifestyles.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Male or female, between 35–50 years old.
- Minimum 6–8 years of leadership experience, with experience managing a team.
- Proven experience within international footwear or sportswear brands (principal companies preferred).
- Passion for sports and the running industry is mandatory.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets, brand activations, and community engagement programs.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, particularly in sportswear or apparel marketing.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and omnichannel marketing.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand awareness, and market penetration across Indonesia.
- Lead marketing activation programs, community engagement initiatives, and sports-related events to strengthen brand presence and support sales performance.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure effective execution of campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Oversee omnichannel marketing initiatives while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop the marketing and merchandising team, working closely with the President Director to achieve business objectives.
