Who you'll be working for
A multinational automotive company focused on commercial vehicles, delivering advanced mobility solutions for logistics, construction, and transportation industries.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within commercial vehicle sales or product management.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market, including medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
- Good knowledge of dealer network management, wholesale and retail operations, and fleet sales.
- Strong business acumen with experience in sales planning, pricing strategy, budgeting, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets for commercial vehicles.
- Lead and manage the truck sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, key accounts, fleet customers, and strategic business partners.
- Oversee dealer network performance and support network expansion to maximize market coverage.
- Drive fleet sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to business planning and organizational development as part of the leadership team.
